Yeongsangang River — A river which begins in Jeollanam-do, or South Jeolla Province, of the Korean Peninsula and runs through the western part of Jeollanam-do, or South Jeolla Province, emptying into the Yellow Sea, with its fertile basin used for rice cultivation.
